By cutting out the middle man, they are able to bring their costs down and sell superior furniture compared to their competitors in the same price range. Their 5 and 10 year guarantees are the best in the industry, along with their amazing 1 year trials. They are also innovating the buying experience by implementing "Neighborhood Showrooms" that allows potential customers to visit the backyard of a current Outer furniture owner. 

We were excited to start running Google Ads for Outer. The success of any marketing campaign is contingent on the value propositions the company has to offer. With all of these great qualities, Outer's Google Ads campaigns started off with a bang: CTRs were above 3% from day 1, then quickly rose to 4% in just 3 months. Outer had only been a business for a few months, so the main goal was to get as much exposure and traffic through generic, relevant terms before spring time. As the weather in the United States warmed up, attributed sales from Google Ads began to show up and overall sales from all channels starting taking off! 

In November of 2018, Outer appeared on an episode of Shark Tank and were able to make a deal with Lori! Because of this exposure on a national TV show, we braced ourselves for a wave of branded search traffic that flooded our Google Ads account and website. Our forecasting was spot on and we were able to show ads nearly 100% of the time for all US based searches that included the words "outer" and "shark tank" in the same phrase.
